Resupply at Government Camp

We had a message on our phone ...
Jason and Cassandra made it to Government Camp, OR today, July 30th.
The got their resupply box, had a nice dinner, and back on the trail by 6:00 pm.
The trail has been mostly good, and they are making good time.  Their next resupply point is Big Lake Youth Camp, about 4-5 days.  We've sent them new shoes and socks!  They sent us old shoes, crocks, gators, and miscellaneous no lnger needed items, which we received today.
Go, Jason and Cassandra.

Missy & Jason: Wonderful we got your card today. This is so awesome. Someday maybe Ed & I will join ya :). We are doing fine, do you still use your email.............. Congratulations on getting to Oregon!!
I'm really impressed how you have hung in there. The timing should work really well for you, too, as far as the Sierra snow pack :)
Now - what to do about those mosquitoes? Are you using Deet? Do they bite through long sleeves and everything, cause I used to wear a "desert shirt" and gloves just for protection from sun and bugs.

Rose,
Cassandra is not able to check email often. But, they do when possible. Maybe every 2 or 3 weeks.

We read comments to them on the phone when they check in, and will be sending copies of them with resupply boxes.
